Often viewers have an incorrect connection speed specified in their Real Player.This feature is determined manually at installation, it can be adjusted through the following steps: 1. Click the "view" menu on you player interface and choose "preferences" from the drop-down menu (note: this menu item is not visible when the player is in compact mode) 2. Click the "connection" tab. 3. Confirm that the "normal" and "maximum" bandwidth settings selected are appropriate for your internet connection. If you are not sure about your connection speed please consult your network administrator. 4. Click "ok". (please note that after completing these steps you must stop and re-start the player in order for these changes to take effect)
