Make sure that Java has been enabled on your browser.
To enter the chat room simply:
Enter your name
Enter your profile information such as company, title or contact information
Click on the "Enter Room" button
Once you have entered the chat room:
A list of the participants in the chat room appears to the right and the interactive chat appears towards the left
To engage in the chat, type your comments in the input section towards the bottom and hit "enter"
Troubleshooting:
Keyboard does not work on the Mac.
When using the Mac OS Runtime for Java (MRJ) Version 2.2 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on the Mac, the keyboard may become disabled when trying to input text into the Chat window. You can work around the problem by closing the chat window and launching it again.
The chat window may freeze when maximizing the window with Internet Explorer.
This problem can be fixed by downloading the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
